Berry then began wandering around the plane, and allegedly groped two flight attendants, who asked a third crew member to keep an eye on Berry.īerry then punched that crew member, the police report states. Sam Sweeney (SweeneyABC) AugPassenger Alfredo Rivera, who captured the incident on his cellphone, told WPVI that Berry was starting to get aggressive and attacked the male. Frontier suspended the crew for duct taping the passenger to his seat as they landed in Miami. He took off his shirt, and had to be told to take a fresh top out of his carry-on bag and put it on. The police report states that Berry drank two alcoholic beverages on the plane, and after ordering a third, spilled the drink on his shirt. Local 10 News showed videos Monday of Berry being taped to his seat with duct tape and a fight between Berry and a male flight attendant.
